Every person and every situation is different, so the number of sessions varies. I will talk through what is likely to suit you at your free initial consultation.

Initial consultation
This is a chance for you to meet me and talk about what you would like help with. I will explain how hypnotherapy and solution focused psychotherapy work, and what the sessions would involve. There is no obligation and no sales pressure.
Therapy sessions
Blocks of sessions are paid in advance and work out at £50 a session.
Single session

One-to-one session, paid in advance.
6-session block

Six sessions, saving £24 on single sessions.
8-session block

Eight sessions, saving £32 on single sessions.
12-session plan

A full programme of twelve sessions, saving £48.

Concessionary rate: £49 per session
A reduced rate is available for:
- NHS staff and blue light workers
- Serving military personnel
- Teachers and education staff
- Children and young people under 16
