Specialist interests

For experiences that can be hard to put into words.

I am particularly passionate about working with people navigating life after organised religion or high-control groups, religious trauma, trauma-related symptoms, PTSD, and the pressure placed on identity.

I aim to provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, rebuild confidence and reconnect with who you are beyond expectations placed upon you.

The Guiding Therapy journey

Understand. Change. Move Forward.

1

Understand

I begin with neuroscience: what is happening in the brain, nervous system and subconscious patterns, and why your mind may be trying to protect you.

2

Change

I use hypnotherapy and solution focused techniques to encourage healthier, more empowering ways of thinking, feeling and responding.

3

Move Forward

I help you build tools, confidence and steadier foundations so positive change can continue beyond the session room.
